After acquiring companies around the world, I quickly realized something: I wasn’t really acquiring businesses, I was evaluating people. The real challenge wasn’t just about finances or operations; it was about figuring out whether the people I met were the right fit for our organization, our mindset, our mission, and our future.
Finding the right fit is everything. People are the most valuable asset of any company. Yet when I saw how businesses were filtering talent at the top of the funnel, I was shocked. The process was outdated, rigid, and completely missing what really matters.
