Tell us how you came to be the Executive Chair at Botco.ai.
I am the co-founder and executive chairperson at Botco.ai. I started the company along with my co-founders to bring accessible AI and NLP for marketing via the Botco.ai Intelligent Chat Nurturing platform.
How do you think technology is upgrading in the marketing sector?
One of the reasons I thought that Botco.ai was needed in the marketing stack was because a lot of investments had been made in legacy technology that was not as effective as before, as it did not incorporate the new advancements in chat, AI, and NLP.
What are some of the common challenges customers approach Botco.ai with?
Among the common challenges were the declining conversions for email campaigns due to the large volumes in this channel, the lack of personalization in a one-way interaction, the lack of interactivity, the reduction in content consumption, and the declining effectiveness of social/email drip campaigns. Basically, a lack of immediate on-demand responsiveness and engagement in traditional email/social/web channels.
What are some of the unique lessons you have learnt from your customers being the Executive Chair at Botco.ai?
Customers are looking for solutions that are easy to use, and the ROI is immediate and measurable. They realize that to harness the power of chat and conversational marketing a new system is needed that is capable at enterprise scale with the appropriate security, regulatory compliance, and reliability.
How has a customer-centric approach helped marketing organizations grow?
Consumer-centric marketing enables organizations to grow because they are leveraging automation to scale their reach and effectiveness. Many of our customers have seen a 100% increase in conversions when providing the “chat” option on a landing page. One of the advantages of AI-driven chat added to marketing campaigns is that you don’t need to increase marketing call center reps’ headcount or infrastructure to provide on demand interaction at scale when needed.
How do you define customer experience automation?
Customer experience automation allows a predefined customer journey to take place while having the flexibility to change course, dynamically, driven by the actual interactions. Rather than a limited scripted experience that is marginally useful, an AI-enhanced journey can leverage NLP and draw from other enterprise applications to give a satisfying outcome to the prospect/customer.
